Meet Dr. Simon Dove

Chiropractor Fort Collins, Dr. Simon DoveAt age 24, Dr. Simon Dove never thought his life’s direction would take such a drastic turn. An aspiring artist, he traveled to Padova, Italy to sell his art and live with his uncle, a chiropractor practicing Network Spinal Analysis. It was in Italy that Simon received his first training and was turned around professionally, emotionally and spiritually. The deeper into Network Spinal Analysis care he delved, the more he realized he was exactly where he was supposed to be. He then embarked on a career as an Network Spinal Analysis Chiropractor.

An Education in Chiropractic

Soon after returning from Italy, Dr. Dove entered Atlanta’s Life Chiropractic College (now Life University) in 1992. His Network Spinal Analysis experience further developed in conjunction with his enrollment at the school. He received regular training and an informal education with a local network doctor. In 1994, he attended his first Transformational Gate, a two-day seminar dedicated to intensive Network Spinal Analysis chiropractic care. That same year, he began his training at a basic-level intensive seminar with Dr. Donald Epstein, founder of Network Spinal Analysis. Upon graduation from Life in 1997, Dr. Dove had completed both Intermediate and Advanced Intensive Seminars, as well as four Trans-formational Gates.

While in school, Dr. Dove also became involved with Landmark Education, an interpersonal development organization. Through Landmark, he attended many seminars on communication, self-expression and leadership. Along with Network Spinal Analysis and Landmark, Dr. Dove has explored other modalities of healing, including Ashtanga Yoga, Reiki, Concept Therapy, UYO (Understanding Yourself and Others) seminars and indigenous Peruvian and Indian healing practices. In 1997, near the end of Chiropractic School, Dr. Dove joined with “The Flying Doctors of America” on a Medical Mercy Mission to the Dominican Republic and Haiti. The volunteer organization sends doctors to third world countries to provide medical services. The staff of doctors in various disciplines treated more than 200 people a day, and each person received a chiropractic adjustment. In May 1998, Dr. Dove and another chiropractor opened Health Zone Chiropractic in Manhattan. Later that year, he opened his own Manhattan office, where he practiced for five years.

A Passion for Yoga

Yoga became an important role in Dr. Dove’s life, both inside and outside of Network Spinal Analysis, and he developed a strong personal practice. From August 2003 to November 2004, Dr. Dove worked internationally within several yoga teaching workshops led by Nancy Gilgoff, where he wove his experiences of spinal health into the yogic disciplines. His objective was to develop a more in-depth connection between the healing modalities.

His approach to yoga today reflects this fusion. Soon after leaving New York, Simon ran two wellness centers on the New Hampshire seacoast. Today, he holds the highest level of Network Spinal Analysis certification and is a certified SRI Wellness Educator.
