At Chiropractic Wellness Center, we understand the importance of health and wellbeing, not just on a physical level but on a mental level as well. That’s why, in addition to chiropractic adjustments, massage therapy, Zomato Respiratory Integration and the other services we offer, we also offer psychotherapy and counseling.

What can psychotherapy and counseling do for you?

Heal conflicts and past wounds under caring, professional guidance.

Learn tools to effectively manage stress, anxiety and other difficult emotions.

Identify and change patterns of behavior that get in the way of health and happiness.

Reconnect with your passion, inner strength and innate wisdom.

Improve relationships at home and at work.

Life is full of ups and downs, regardless of whether you’re one of the many Americans suffering from anxiety, depression or another mental disorder or not, and those ups and downs can be difficult to cope with. Whether you’ve recently lost a loved one, been laid off from your job, been diagnosed with a serious condition or are simply trying to quit smoking, psychotherapy gives you a chance to be real and truly open up to a professional who is focused on helping you find the solutions you need. Sometimes called “talk therapy,” psychotherapy involves engaging in a dialogue with a therapist about the problems you’re facing and how to overcome them. As your relationship with your therapist progresses, you’ll feel more comfortable, allowing you to open up to them more fully. Throughout your sessions with your therapist, you’ll learn new tips, tricks and skills for overcoming life’s biggest obstacles.
